In customer service over 30 years. Among other things, the Financial Inst. has been one of the areas I have served, which includes bank operation and lending. Real Estate is the last part of my customer and clients services.
Area includes, cities located in Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. I have been in bank operation 15 years and Real Estate and Lending, approximately 19 years. During my Real Estate/ Loan time, I served as a Notary Public for eight years.
Completing a transaction with my clients is a rewarding and satisfying venture. I see it as a journey, once started it must be completed with a rewarding end. My long years in this service gives me the experience that is not only always with each transaction and something new but also is used to help my customers and clients fulfill their dreams.
I am familiar with the journey that a purchase transaction take from beginning to the end. Pre-approving a client for a loan to signing of Loan Docs and finally the recording of the deed. With this knowledge, I have been able to help a client get into a position to purchase and make their dream come true. Assisting a customer or client in the first time purchase sometimes consist of helping in credit repairs. This to is also a services I offer.
It is my pleasure to finally complete the journey with them and see their reward for being steadfast and patient. Finishing the search and closing the purchase of their dream home is indeed a rewarding venture. It is complete.
